Liability Waiver Agreement

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding this KAP® session:

Nature of KAP®: I understand that KAP® (Kundalini Activation Process) is a direct transmission of Kundalini Energy and that it is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

I have been informed of the dynamics of a KAP® session: participants lie down on a yoga mat and some music is played. After a while, the facilitator touches or presses some of the chakra or meridian points on their bodies. Participants might experience temperature sensations, involuntary body movements, emotional releases, orgasms, feeling of energy running through the body or nothing. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the facilitator. I will make the facilitator aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class.

KAP® is not is NOT suitable for people with heart problems, schizophrenia, epilepsy, psychosis, or pregnant over 6 months.

Voluntary Participation: I understand that my participation in the KAP® session is voluntary, and I have chosen to engage the services of the KAP® facilitator of my own free will, and participation is at my own risk.

Personal Responsibility: I understand that I am solely responsible for any decisions I make based on the results of the KAP® session. The KAP® facilitator is not liable for any consequences resulting from my actions or decisions.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the KAP® facilitator for any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the KAP® session.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the KAP® facilitator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses incurred as a result of my actions or decisions made during or after the KAP® session.

Legal Age: I certify that I am of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
