Liability Waiver Agreement

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding this LNT® session:

Nature of LNT®: I understand that LNT® is a holistic therapy and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. The LNT® therapist does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and no medical claims are made about the efficacy of the therapy. I agree to consult with a licensed healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

Voluntary Participation: I understand that my participation in the LNT® session is voluntary, and I have chosen to engage the services of the LNT® therapist of my own free will.

Personal Responsibility: I understand that I am solely responsible for any decisions I make based on the results of the LNT® session. The LNT® therapist is not liable for any consequences resulting from my actions or decisions.

Confidentiality: I agree to keep all information shared during the LNT® session confidential. I will not disclose any personal or sensitive information shared by the LNT® therapist during the session.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the LNT® therapist for any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the LNT® session.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the LNT® therapist from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses incurred as a result of my actions or decisions made during or after the LNT® session.

Legal Age: I certify that I am of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
