I'M ELENA

As a licensed engineer, I have always been driven by the desire to understand how things work, solve problems, and optimize processes. Many years ago, during some challenging life experiences, I came to realize that we, as humans, are far more complex, complete, and mysterious than I had ever imagined in my fast-paced life focused on goals and "3D achievements."

We are a magical combination of physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual bodies, each interacting with the others. And we possess the unconscious power to create and manifest life experiences aimed at expanding our consciousness.

We choose "avatars" for our human adventure that are designed to help us live the experiences each of us needs on our personal quest. And like in any great adventure, there is a Hero. Our Hero is our true essence, a spark of our soul beating in our hearts, patiently waiting for us to give it permission to manifest and become who we truly are.

In many cases, connecting with this essence requires breaking through limiting beliefs, cultural patterns, and healing past traumas. Above all, it requires a shift in perception and the meaning we attach to our experiences.
